God loves us so much. His love is clearly shown with His sacrifice on the Cross. Not only did He give His life for each of us, but He also sent His Holy Spirit to take up residence within us. His Spirit uplifts, teaches, and shows us the one true way. God’s love for you and me will never be fully comprehended until we come face to face with Him. However, with daily prayer and studying His Word, we will gain a deeper understanding of our Lord. We need to ask God to help us each step of the way and to follow His lead. He will provide us with the grace to do anything that He directs us to do! When we yield our will to His, we are giving in, giving up, and raising the white flag of surrender. His will is always perfect. When we follow the Holy Spirit, instead of the world’s ways, we are seeking the truth. And the truth will always set us free (see John 8:32).
