Are you weary today? Are you overcome with feelings of fear, frustration, or rage? Has your life recently dealt you an unexpected blow? At such a time as this, find comfort in the assurance that you are not alone. Christ, our Savior, is with you. He is your strength and your shield; He is both your rock and your fortress. Do not allow yourself to listen to the lies of the enemy (Satan). Do not be shaken by your troubles, mixed up and confused. In Christ, you have the assurance that He is with you and that He will show you the way. Psalm 119:105 (NLT) explains that His Word is a lamp unto your feet and a light for your path. So do not be dismayed, for you serve a majestic and powerful God, and He has everything under His control. Stand firm on the rock, Jesus. Keep your eyes focused on Him alone and profess with all certainty, “I will not be shaken; I will find rest for my soul in You alone, my Lord and Savior.” Amen, and amen.
