God’s Hedge of Protection

“Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has?…” –Job 1:9-10 NIV

Today’s Scripture notes that a hedge of protection bordered Job, his household, and everything he owned. With God’s hedge of protection and Job’s fear of Him, Job’s life flourished. Satan asked for permission to sift through Job’s life. Once granted, he quickly attacked Job with numerous hardships.Just like Job, you have an enemy. Everything that God desires to do in your life, Satan desires to devour. He doesn’t want you or your loved ones to flourish in the wonderful plans and works of God. Therefore, you need protection in the spiritual realm in order to thrive and prosper. You need to activate a spiritual hedge of protection through prayer and faith in God’s divine works of protection. Ask God to send His angels to encamp around you and your loved ones. With your natural eyes, you will not see the invisible hedge of protection; however, with eyes of faith, you can rest assured that God’s protection buffers you.

prayer focuses

Thank God for His hedge of protection and the angels He sends to surround and protect you and your loved ones.

Trust God through eyes of faith.
