Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9 NIV).Look with anticipation as you fulfill your mission today, knowing you are not alone. Our mighty Lord, the God of the universe, is not only with you, but in you. Echo the words of the apostle Paul, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13 NKJV).So, what might the Lord have in store for you today? How might you join Him in his work? Look beyond the clouds with anticipation for what you may encounter. It is time to unwrap the precious gift of today, and to get moving. “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24 ESV).
