Sharing God's Gift of Love

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. –1 Corinthians 13:13 NIV

You have an awesome gift inside you that can change another person’s life—a gift of love and hope that is a heavenly delight.

You have a choice whether to share this gift or keep it tucked away. But remember, the act of choosing is a gift in itself. God gives you free will, and He hopes that you will act according to His will. Freely giving to those in need, instead of thinking of yourself, is pleasing to your Maker.

You can be a source of hope to those who suffer. No matter how big or small your act of kindness might be, God keeps track; and He’s a rewarder of good deeds.

Choose to give what God has freely given to you—His love, mercy, grace, and hope—while you are here on earth on your way to Heaven. In time, those you’ve blessed may pay it forward, changing someone else’s life and the world we live in.

Remember that you are dearly loved by God, and He wants to spread His love to others through you. God is love, and you are made in His likeness.

prayer focuses

Thank God for all the blessings that He has bestowed upon you and your loved ones. Praise Him for who He is—your divine Father.

Pray that God would open your eyes to see whom He would have you reach out to and bless today with His love and generosity.
