When you are living a life that follows biblical principles, you expect God’s blessings. It is difficult to understand how the world seems to spin out of control as you are trying to do what is right. You want to be spared from trials and heartache. It is human nature to think this way. However, living a Christ-like life does not guarantee a problem-free existence.God’s peace is different. It is a peace that fills your heart no matter what struggles you are facing. It is a peace that gives you supernatural strength. As John 16:33 (NLT) says, “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”Trust that the Lord’s words are true. No matter what challenges you are facing, He is by your side. Don’t give up doing what is right and pleasing to God. You can expect things to go wrong in this world; but trusting God will make all the difference in the outcome.
