Are You Afraid?

Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. –Psalm 56:3 NKJV

Merriam-Webster’s dictionary defines the word “afraid” as: filled with fear or apprehension; concern or regret over an unwanted situation. These are such uncertain times! This world is so full of turmoil and chaos. Not only in the physical realm but in the spiritual. What would become of you if you did not have the assurance and the privilege you have as a believer that the God of Angel Armies, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is fighting for and protecting you through every storm. What are you fearing in your life right now? God tells you to do not fear; do not be afraid for, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5 NKJV). Believe and trust in this truth! It matters not what causes you to be fearful, worried, or concerned. Remember it is only a season in your life. Put your eyes upon Jesus the Author and Protector of your life. When you are afraid, trust in Jesus. He has you covered!
