Dazzling Stars

The sun has one kind of glory, while the moon and stars each have another kind. And even the stars differ from each other in their glory. –1 Corinthians 15:41 NLT

Isn’t it amazing how stars light up the sky? When God created the earth, He decorated the dark atmosphere with bright lights. Stars have a brilliant way of showing God’s glory. They reveal His creativity, His power to sustain them in place, and His faithfulness to use them to brighten up the evening sky above you. God knows how many stars are in the sky, and He even knows when one is falling. How about you? Do you feel as though you are falling and can’t seem to spot God’s handiwork in your life? Don’t withdraw from Him because you can’t see Him. Go outside tonight and glance up at the stars. Start praising God that He is watching over you and that He considers you more amazing than the stars He placed in the sky.Trust that in the same way He brings those stunning stars out, night after night, He will bring you out of whatever darkness you are facing. Don’t look down at your troubles; instead, look up to the One who has the power, creativity, and ability to change your circumstances. No need to stumble around in the dark. After all, Jesus said, “I am the bright morning star” (Revelation 22:16 NLT). Praise the Lord for being your Dayspring!
