The Shepherd of our souls, Jesus, is very diligent in watching out for us at every moment. With great intensity, He follows our steps wherever we go. Jesus never, ever loses sight of us, for we are the “apple of his eye” (Zechariah 2:8 NIV).In times of adversity and chaos, when we are so despondent and know not what to do, all we need to do is call out to Jesus. He will then reach out and take our hand. He will lay us down in green pastures where we will have peace and quietness in His presence; He will lead us to the deep, still waters of calmness and rest. The Lord our God, my friend, is sufficient to meet our every need, it matters not what that need may be. There is no need to despair over your situation for He will supply your needs according to His riches in Heaven (Philippians 4:19 NIV).What an awesome God we have! Do not be sad, for your Creator and Keeper of your life is with you and He will restore your soul.
