God’s Eternal Love

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future…, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. –Romans 8:38-39 NIV

Our current circumstances can be difficult times as we go through the pandemic. We can be filled with sadness, anxiety, and feelings of being overwhelmed. Some may have even wondered, “Where is God in all of this?”My friend, God is smack dab in the middle of it all! He has taken center stage and is watching over us. Bad times happen, but be assured that one thing remains constant—the eternal love of God in Christ Jesus our King. Nothing we do or say can ever separate us from the love of God. If you are feeling sad, unloved, forgotten, or alone or if this pandemic has made you doubt, remember that He has written your name in the palm of His hand (see Isaiah 49:15-16).So rise up and stand tall from wherever you are at this moment. Grab on to Jesus with both hands and do not let anything take away the assurance that nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Amen!

Jesus, I thank You for loving me the way that You do in spite of who I am.

My forever, most precious, sweet Holy Spirit, I thank You for Your companionship and comfort as I walk through this valley.
