I believe that God could be saying to us: Every season and everything that you go through has meaning and purpose, My child. I will use it for your greater good and for My glory. My plans and ways are higher and you are going to have to trust Me. Trust that I am working in you and through you. Your life is like a grain of sand, and I will weave it into My masterpiece plan. I don’t want you to take one season for granted. I am with you through it all. Scary, dark times create a deep relationship with Me. I have called you to be a candle in the dark, illuminating the darkness. As you worship Me you begin to glow. My light is birthed inside you. You cannot see the light of a candle on a sunny day, but oh how My candles shine brightly in the dark. Don’t take this unpleasant time for granted. I am with you and I have a purpose for everything! You may not know where we are going or understand how to get there, but you do know what to do! I have tasked you with knowing Me and being known by Me. Choose Me over and over again. Put worry and fear aside in exchange for worship. I have tasked you with finding refuge in Me, not in this world or the people around you. I have asked you to look to Me. I am where your help and healing comes from. I am where you find communion. There are a million reasons to worry. There are a million reasons to fear--but I have promised to be with you and to fight for you and help you with it all. It’s your choice. What do you choose today?
