Pain that is Deep

And now my life ebbs away; days of suffering grip me. –Job 30:16 NIV

Do you ever feel you can’t endure another day with the problems you are facing? Does your heart feel too heavy? The tears flow and the pain is overwhelming. It could be a loss of a loved one, sickness, job, drug addiction, divorce, or depression. You don’t know how to make the hurt go away. That is when you turn to the only One who has the answer—your Father in Heaven.Tell Him exactly what you are feeling. He knows your deepest secrets and is waiting for you to come to Him. Trust Him to get you through, even if it seems impossible right now. Where else can you turn? No matter how you are suffering He is the only One who has the answer. It is not going to be an easy road. His timing is not yours, but His arms are open and waiting for you to come. He is the only One who can give you inner peace that surpasses all understanding. You can’t do it on your own. Psalm 105:4 (NIV) says, “Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.”
