Unfulfilled?

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. –Ephesians 1:17 NIV

God has a plan for your life. He really does. It’s easy to read those words and think, “Sure I believe He has a plan,” but has that truth traveled from your brain to your heart? If you are feeling unfulfilled, the place to start is the beginning. Go back to Him today and recommit yourself to His will, not yours. Ask the Holy Spirit to direct your steps as you surrender each day to Him even before you get out of bed. The most peaceful place you’ll find yourself in is the center of His will. Consider the path you are on right now. Do your walk and your talk align with Scripture? What are your longings? Are you passionate about what you’re doing on the job, or in ministry? Do you seek godly counsel when making decisions? Have you invited the Holy Spirit into your heart and life?If the answers to these questions are “Yes,” you’re moving in the right direction—but remember it’s at His pace, not yours. Stay the course and be content you are right where you are supposed to be today.
